Class Schedule/Descriptions/Pricing
As a new venture, ReVive Cycling is open 5 days a week and currently offers 11 classes per week. Classes are 60 minutes long and include a warm up and a cool down stretch. Please see the descriptions for classes for more information.
Starting Saturday, April 12th, TRX Body Suspension Training is by private appointment only. Please email or call the studio for more information and/or book an appointment.

Class Descriptions
Complete Cycling
This is a one hour class (unless otherwise specified) that can be modified for any level of fitness and cycling experience. We will ride flats, climb hills, do intervals, sprints and/ or races. We will experiment with cadence, resistance and watts (power) to give you the best ride!
The Climb
This is a one hour class that will take your ride to new heights! We will gradually build our resistance to mimic climbing some tough hills both seated and standing. A great calorie-burning/strength class.
First Ride
This is a one hour class that is targeted for beginning riders although it can still be modified for more experienced riders by increasing the power of your ride. This class is about feeling comfortable on your bike, therefore, please arrive 10 minutes before the class in order for your instructor to help you with proper bike fit.
